HVAC Service Technicians

• Experience as an HVAC installer or HVAC technician is required
  
• Highly motivated & honest
  
• Positive Attitude
  
• Ability to work independently in the field
  
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
  
• Good communication skills
  
• A desire to improve and learn
  
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
  
• EPA certified
  
• Generac certified a plus
  
• Other certifications a plus

HVAC INSTALLERS

• 1-3 years HVAC installation experience
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions as given.
• Possess effective verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
• Must have an honest and dependable personality
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Self motivated individual with strong ability to follow instructions and work alone, as well as work effectively within a team
• Ability to display professional company image
• A desire to improve and learn
• EPA Certification a plus
  

ELECTRICIANS

• Valid Journeyman License
  
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
  
• Experienced
  
• Ability to problem solve
  
• Highly motivated & honest
  
• Ability to work with apprentices
  
• Good Communication Skills
  
• A Desire to improve and learn
  
• Generac certified a plus
  
• Knowledge of HVAC systems a plus
  

ESTIMATORS (no pressure sales)

• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
• Ability to problem solve

• Knowledge of HVAC systems a plus, but not required
